I originally wanted to title this post ‘Why I Love My Dodge Grand Caravan- and You Will Too!’ but then I realized that I don’t own a 2017, ha! And this article is all about the benefits of the 2017 Dodge Caravan and why it’s a great option for anyone considering getting a new van now or in the near future.
Minivans are a great family vehicle. Nothing else really compares when it comes to both room and flexibility, in my opinion. I really do love my Dodge Caravan. It’s comfortable, suits our family, runs well, and can haul all the necessities that a family of 6 carries around.
Let’s start with a few basics:
- The 3.6-liter V6 makes 283 horsepower
- 6-Speed automatic transmission
- Front-wheel drive
- Gas Mileage: 17 MPG city, 25 MPG highway
There are many benefits to owning a Dodge Caravan, so let’s talk about what the Caravan offers.
Sales Incentives provide a way for you to save money right from the start.
Cash back offers and special financing offers are available through the manufacturer at select dealerships. These incentives vary but can include up to $4750 cash back and a 0% APR for 36 months.
Also, since the new year is almost here, you’re likely to find additional dealer discounts on some models.
The Caravan offers side Seat Mounted airbags, 4-wheel anti-lock brakes, curtain 1st, 2nd, and 3rd row overhead airbags, and a drivers knee airbag. This van definitely has an overabundance of airbags, which is a good thing! As a mom I want to know my children are well protected should there be an unfortunate accident.
With their trademark Stow n’ Go Seating, the Dodge Caravan is the most flexible minivan on the market. No having to haul out your unused seats to make more room. These seats fold down into the floor with ease making for more room and easy transitioning the use of space. Although I’m usually hauling around children, in the event I did have a large item to transport, I can fold the two captains chairs and the entire back seat down to create the room I need.
There you have it, the benefits of the 2017 Dodge Caravan. Do you currently own a minivan, or do you see one in your future? Leave a comment below, would love to hear your thoughts!
